David Weir, CBE and Jenny Archer, MBE have been working together for over 10 years. They have developed a new way of coaching and training which has resulted in the ‘WeirWolf’, achieving outstanding wheelchair athletics results. David and Jenny now want to pass on their knowledge, experience, and enjoyment of the benefits of sport to the next generation of disabled people. Their ambition is to work with other top class disability coaches and support staff to deliver their unique and innovative method, which harnesses the best on offer to as many disabled athletes as possible, from social members to elite athletes.

The Weir Archer Academy provides athlete and coaching support and expertise across all levels and abilities including working with schools in South London, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire; working with clubs and coaches from the South East and providing access to the Academy for international development for under-resourced counties.
