The Weir Archer Academy provides athlete and coaching support and expertise across all levels and abilities including working with schools in South London, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire; working with clubs and coaches from the South East and providing access to the Academy for international development for under-resourced counties.

Get Kids Going! is a national charity which gives disabled children and young people – up to the age of 26 yrs – the wonderful opportunity of participating in sport. We provide them with specially built sports’ wheelchairs so they can do: athletics, marathons, tennis, skiing, rugby, sailing, boccia, basketball, sledge hockey, table tennis, fencing, shooting, archery, powerlifting and many more sports.

Brian Freeman Bursary
Brian a long-standing trustee of WAA has generously supported an annual bursary award to two athletes. Brian also made a generous donation towards our new indoor training facility.

We have enjoyed support from St Mary’s University giving access to superb and local facilities and the opportunity to get additional fitness coaching with dedicated athlete nutrition support. St Mary’s graduates now support our athletes with physio, strength and conditioning.
